hands off.
The work keeps running.

A portfolio of real systems, built over the last two years with AI at the centre of them. Every one was pointed at a business constraint — the data nobody could see, the job nobody should still be doing by hand, the money leaking somewhere. They're all still running. Open any of them.

01 / Operations

A business that runs itself.

The flagship: InstallrHub — one platform running a whole UK renewable-energy company. Marketing spend in at one end; booked surveys, matched installers, invoiced leads and a board-ready P&L out of the other. Ninety-seven documented capabilities across ten subsystems — built solo, inside the contract. It runs on live client data, so it tours by video rather than an embed.

  • Nobody reviews recordings by hand anymore — every call scored by AI, coaching same-day
  • Qualification workbench: a ten-step lead → booking job, done on one screen
  • Reporting is a 14-tab analytics suite and the maths under it is unit-tested — 302 tests on the model libraries alone. It surfaced the margin and retention constraints that redirected the strategy
02 / Marketing & Delivery

Demand and delivery, at machine pace.

Inside the B2B contract behind BLC Promotions / InstallrHub — a UK lead-gen operation for renewable-energy installers. The delivery side ships production websites the same way the marketing side ships creative. Deployed and running, not prompt demos.

Websites, built

Eleven builds, no two alike — a distinct production site per session, no two sharing a font, palette or mood, built to be adapted per client rather than started from scratch. Click any site to open it live.

03 / The Factory

The machine that builds the machines.

Not one website, one dashboard, one automation — the system that produces them repeatably, wired into your business. Three lines run off it: client sites through the CMS, a template library that gains a distinct design language every session, and cold-prospect assets built from nothing but a name and a URL. Everything below this came off one of them — including this page.

This portfolio was produced by the factory it describes.

What comes off it

Personalisation at scale.

One brand engine, every asset. The same contrast-aware colour contract drives all of it — only the source of the brand changes: extracted from a cold prospect's own site, or the single colour an installer picks. What comes out the other end is a pitch page, a deck, a voice-guided funnel step or a costed proposal, in their colours, built by command rather than by hand.

Proposals — eight fields in, a day's work out

The newest line, and the first that isn't a page — a tool. An installer fills in eight fields; it estimates the job — regional yield against orientation, pitch and shading, battery self-consumption, SEG export, a 25-year comparison — then closes the system design and the price in one document. The estimating maths is unit-tested; the builder is verified end to end, 46 assertions.

Type the job, watch the document build beside you. Aerial roof with the array placed on it, production curve, bill offset, line items, VAT and deposit — the energy design and the commercial close in one artefact. Brand profile is filled once; the job is filled per customer.

Everything above is running. This one isn't finished — and you can still use it. Crew CRM takes what InstallrHub proved on a company of forty and points it at a business of four. Press power on and drive it yourself.

Crew CRM — where this goes next

The most ambitious build here — and real, working software you can drive right now, not a video or a mock-up. Every department is run by a named AI crew member, with an AI coordinator that executes what you ask. It's what InstallrHub's lessons look like pointed at a smaller business.

Working together

Audit. Implement. Optimise.

I don't just build automations. The ones that fail are the ones automating something that shouldn't exist — so the first job is understanding how the money is made and where it leaks. Everything above was built and run that way, as a B2B contractor — embedded like a hire, without being one. Then AI goes at the part that's actually costing you.

Step / 01 — AuditStart here

Understand the business

The Hands-Off Audit · one week

I sit inside the operation and map it — every workflow, who touches it, what it costs in hours and in pounds. The output names the constraint, not the tool.

  • A workflow map of your operation
  • Opportunities ranked by effort vs impact — not by what's easiest to automate
  • Top-3 deep dives with before/after, and a 90-day roadmap
  • A fixed build quote — and the report is yours whether or not I build it
£950 · credited against your build
Step / 02 — Implement

Build the fix, in production

Working software, not a deck

The top item off the audit gets built and put live — automation, dashboard, agent, and the plumbing underneath.

  • Built in sprints, shipped in weeks, live in your stack
  • Dry-run and audit-logged before it touches anything real
  • A human keeps the judgement calls — the machine does the labour
  • Handover and documentation: you own it, not me
2–4 week sprint · fixed quote
Step / 03 — Optimise

Keep it earning

For when it has to keep working

Systems drift — the market moves, the team changes, the numbers slide. I stay embedded, watch what's live, and take the next constraint out.

  • 1–3 days a week, embedded like a hire
  • What's live gets tuned against real numbers, not assumptions
  • The next constraint off the audit gets built
  • Monthly — and the audit gets re-run as the business changes
1–3 days a week · retainer

Everyone starts at the audit — it's the only step that has to come first, and it's credited in full against the build. Already know exactly what you want? Say so on the call and we start at step two.

“Serafim came in as a marketing consultant and ended up rebuilding how the whole company runs. The platform he built is the business now — leads, calls, bookings, billing all live in it — and the AI he's wired in does work we'd have hired for. I just do the final sign-off.”
